RW&CO in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, motivate the team, and uphold a culture of engagement and excellence. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive performance and ensure each customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll coach and develop staff on the sales floor, participate in hiring and onboarding, manage inventory and visual displays, and support omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in team management or supervision in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience and engage the team in upholding the highest service standards.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team toward achieving objectives.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems

Responsibilities

• Inspire and develop a high-performing team on the sales floor.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to support store goals and brand growth.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training team members.
• Manage inventory, compliance, and procedures.
• Maintain an appealing environment aligned with presentation standards and optimize product displays.
• Support omnichannel initiatives to maximize sales.
• Assist in planning effective floor coverage and daily task delegation.
• Lead by example to foster culture, engagement, and adherence to dress code.
