RW&CO is seeking a Team Lead to collaborate with the management team to keep operations running smoothly and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your leadership, sense of style, and hands-on approach will help create a vibrant, organized, and customer-focused environment.

You will support store performance, assist with day-to-day operations, and coach the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining brand standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to the achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including policy compliance, loss prevention, cash management, reporting, and scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Coach and develop the team through training and feedback to strengthen skills and performance.
• Promote effective communication with the Store Manager for alignment and timely priorities.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure aligned priorities and swift execution of action plans.
• Model a customer-first mindset by leading on the sales floor and resolving customer concerns.
