Role and Facility Information

Care Point Medical Clinic, a clinic in the West End, is seeking a Locum Family Physician for maternity leave coverage.

The position is available from January to March 2025. It operates under the LFP payment model, with a small patient panel of approximately 265 patients. There is an option to fill the schedule with walk-in patients and opportunities to perform minor procedures.

The patient panel primarily consists of young, healthy individuals, with a few older patients managing chronic diseases. These patients are well-connected with specialists. The family physician will have support and consultation opportunities from multiple doctors and nurse practitioners within the clinic.

Parking/Bike/Transit: Easily accessible by transit; free physician parking is available.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM; optional Saturday hours, 10 AM - 3 PM (telemedicine or in-clinic).
