A well-established group practice in the Fairview area is seeking a new family physician to potentially take over a retiring practitioner's patient panel. This position does not require obstetrics but offers the option to provide prenatal care and obstetrical delivery if desired.
The practice is located within a comprehensive medical building equipped with lab, X-ray, and pharmacy services. It features five family physicians and eight exam rooms, serving all age groups and conditions from prenatal to geriatric care. There is also an opportunity to perform minor surgeries for interested physicians. The retiring physician practices in English and Chinese; proficiency in Chinese is an asset but not essential.
The clinic offers a 70/30 billing split and has recently transitioned to an EMR system; paper charting remains available. The incoming physician will receive substantial clinical and administrative support. The practice is open to locum coverage arrangements that fit the candidate's schedule.
