The role emphasizes safety, reliability and a willingness to work in all weather conditions. No prior farm experience required; on-site training provided and benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• General labour experience, preferably in agriculture or farming.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Class 5 driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Work in environments with dust and allergens.
• Flexible schedule in all weather conditions.

Your Role

As a Facility Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the required duties involved in the handling of crop inputs, and the overall execution of processes involved in the operations of the crop inputs facility.

• Handling, unloading and delivering crop inputs products
• Assisting in warehouse operations: sorting seed, stacking chemicals, transferring bulk product into totes
• Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment

Required Qualifications

• Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming
• Experience working in a customer service role is a plus
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
• Must be able to work in environments subject to dust and allergens
• Willing to work a flexible schedule in all weather conditions
