Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is hiring a Facility Assistant II for our Crop Inputs facility in Ontario. This full-time, permanent role involves handling, unloading and delivering crop input products, supporting warehouse operations, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Preference is given to candidates with general labour experience, customer service skills, and a valid Class 5 license. The job requires flexibility in weather conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have a Class 5 driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to work in environments with dust and allergens.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule in all weather conditions.

Your Team

Grain & Crop Inputs: The Grain & Crop Inputs Division connects Canadian farmers to markets across the country and beyond. With a network of grain elevators, terminals, and agri-retail locations, we provide crop inputs, agronomic solutions, and grain marketing expertise to help producers succeed.

The Role

As a Facility Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the required duties involved in the handling of crop inputs, and the overall execution of processes involved in the operations of the crop inputs facility.

Day to Day

• Handling, unloading and delivering crop inputs products
• Assisting in warehouse operations: sorting seed, stacking chemicals, transferring bulk product into totes
• Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment

What You’ll Bring

• Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming
• Experience working in a customer service role is a plus
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
• Must be able to work in environments subject to dust and allergens
• Willing to work a flexible schedule in all weather conditions
