Job summary

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited in Rathwell, Manitoba, is seeking a Facility Assistant to support grain facility operations, including loading/unloading shipments, grain sampling, and handling crop input products. The role also covers routine maintenance and a strong emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming.
• Experience working in a customer service role is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
• Must be able to work in environments subject to dust and allergens
• Willing to work a flexible schedule in all weather conditions

Your Role

As a Facility Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the required duties involved in the movement and sampling of grain, and the overall execution of processes involved in the operations of the grain facility.
