Job summary

CBRE HV is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed. This role is part of the Facilities Management function, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and solid communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure tasks and work orders are completed.
• Acknowledge inquiries and collect work orders.
• Maintain records by filing work orders, proposals, and vendor paperwork.
• Monitor activities outside the building including waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow defined procedures with guidance and deliver outputs accordingly.
