Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day FM services, including facility operations and maintenance.
• Meets with the client to discuss facility enhancements and asset plans.
• Anticipates short and long-term client needs and develops options for consideration.
• Applies processes, procedures and protocols to diverse client situations.
• Develops monthly reports and comprehensive business plans for facility performance.
• Monitors and reports on facility results relative to deliverables.
• Develops/implements maintenance goals and budgets aligned with project requirements.
• Implements systems to ensure effective and efficient facility operations.
• Manages recruitment, mentoring and performance of staff; assigns duties.
• Investigates work issues and initiates appropriate actions.
• Oversees preventive, predictive and responsive maintenance and CMMS usage.
• Negotiates contracts with external service providers and monitors them.
• Ensures compliance with codes, regulations and standards; collaborates with client.
• Other duties as assigned.
