Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and schedules.
• Be the point of contact between landlords, tenants and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order reports and present performance updates to management.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfecting schedules.
