Job summary

Red Mountain Resort in Canada is seeking a facilities operations leader to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all buildings and on-mountain facilities, develop short and long-term plans, and lead janitorial services to high guest-facing standards.

You will manage parking, access, and snow-removal, develop seasonal readiness programs, recruit and supervise staff, coordinate contractors and inspections, and ensure compliance with codes and WorkSafeBC while contributing to capital

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of facilities, building, maintenance, or janitorial operations experience.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role; unionized environment preferred.
• Trade certification or diploma in a related field.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

Experience in a ski resort, mountain resort, or outdoor hospitality setting.

Strong working knowledge of building systems and infrastructure.
