Printful is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Mississauga to lead maintenance and custodial teams, manage projects, and ensure safe, efficient operations in our modern fulfillment facility.

You will plan resources, supervise equipment like forklifts and lifts, enforce OSHA guidelines, oversee building improvements, and mentor staff while coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing/warehousing operation.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of 5-S and CMMS.
• Experience with electrical, gas, plumbing, HVAC, and networking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Safety-conscious with OSHA knowledge.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities team (custodians, facilities, coordinators).
• Plan and coordinate facility resources (equipment, personnel, and inventory) to maintain performance of systems.
• Maintain forklifts, aerial lifts, and order picking equipment safely.
• Ensure OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Plan and organize building improvements and capital equipment installations.
• Oversee facility inspections (fire extinguishers, alarms, backflow valves, sprinklers).
• Train, develop, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Coordinate outsourced facility work and audit performance.
• Review proposals and lease documents.
• Evaluate utility consumption and cost reductions.
• Coordinate ground maintenance and waste/recycling programs.
• Manage parking to ensure proper parking.
• Forecast facility needs and supplies.
