St. Joseph Communications is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for its Concord, Ontario facility.

You will oversee a team of licensed electricians, ensure reliable operation of all print equipment and facility systems, and drive preventive maintenance programs. The role requires strong PLC/VFD knowledge, CMMS experience, and a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed 442A or 309A electrician in Ontario.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial electrical maintenance.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or print facilities is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and automation systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical/electronic systems and CMMS.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate activities of electricians and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure maintenance of print equipment, control systems, power distribution, lighting, and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Maintain maintenance records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with OESC, ESA, and provincial regulations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement coordination.
• Train staff on safe work practices, LOTO and electrical troubleshooting.
