Job summary

HelloFresh in Mississauga is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to plan, coordinate and perform maintenance on building and production equipment, ensuring safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Senior Supervisor, Facilities and Maintenance, with duties ranging from preventive maintenance to troubleshooting and OSH compliance.

You'll work Tue-Sat from 11:00am to 7:30pm, support upgrades and projects, manage inventory, and train Maintenance Associates while

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical/electro-mechanical fields.
• Minimum 2 years of facilities maintenance experience; 1 year in food processing/manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, varying shifts, and in refrigerated environments.
• English communication skills, both written and verbal, and basic MS Office/Google Suite knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive/predictive maintenance for building and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Maintain distribution center racking, dock doors, and material handling equipment.
• Record tasks in CMMS/Sheets and train new hires on procedures.
• Coordinate with external contractors and support upgrades or installations.
