Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and overall employee experience within our workplace.

The facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of JSI's two Kanata locations. This role ensures that facilities are well maintained, compliant with safety standards, and responsive to the needs of employees and visitors. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, the Facilities Manager plays a key role in creating a productive and welcoming workplace environment.

This is a highly visible role that contributes directly to creating a positive and professional workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure the building is clean, organized, and operational.
