The Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) seeks a hands-on Facility Officer to support the Corporate Services team in safely managing assets and facilities. You will respond quickly to diverse needs while delivering high levels of customer service and coordinating with various units and contractors.
Key duties include evaluating and improving building systems, preparing statements of work and cost estimates, coordinating site access, and supporting budget activities.
While specific vacancies exist in Burnaby and Ottawa, there may also be remote roles available across Canada. However, these other positions must be negotiated on a case-by‑case basis with the region in question and are not guaranteed. The Facility Officer is part of the much larger Corporate Services team responsible for the safe and efficient use of the Service’s assets and facilities. This is a “hands on” job that requires the ability to respond and adapt quickly to various needs all the while providing the highest level of customer service and collaboration with various units and contractors.
Education must be obtained from an accredited learning institution recognized in Canada. If you completed a program outside of Canada you will be required to obtain proof of a Canadian equivalency at your expense from an accredited learning institution recognized in Canada.
Note: Any higher level of education (Undergraduate) could be recognized as experience.
