Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Completion of secondary school required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic business math.
• Skilled in prioritization of tasks and time management.
• Knowledge of and commitment to upholding high standards of occupational health and safety.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with team members and Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Coordinate, supervise, and develop team members through coaching, recruitment, and hands‑on support.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Inspect work zones to ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Hands‑On Execution: Oversee and assist with general and specialized facility maintenance (trash removal, floor care like buffing/stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, window washing, and thorough disinfecting).
• Admin & Scheduling: Assist with labor scheduling, monitor staffing needs, and help manage inventory, purchasing, and billing.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure full team compliance with all Aramark and client policies, Provincial OH&S, and WHMIS regulations.
• Client & Team Relations: Resolve internal or customer concerns with urgency, respect, and utmost professionalism.
