Job summary

Aramark at the Michelin Tire Plant in Bridgewater, NS, is seeking a Custodial Services Supervisor to drive a safe, clean, and efficiently run facility. You will lead a hands-on cleaning team, supervise daily operations, and uphold high standards in collaboration with the Custodial Services Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Completion of secondary school required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skilled in prioritization of tasks and time management.
• Knowledge of and commitment to upholding high standards of occupational health and safety.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with team members and Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks.

• Admin & Scheduling: Assist with labor scheduling, monitor staffing needs, and help manage inventory, purchasing, and billing.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure full team compliance with all Aramark and client policies, Provincial OH&S, and WHMIS regulations.
• Client & Team Relations: Resolve internal or customer concerns with urgency, respect, and utmost professionalism.

As our Custodial Services Supervisor at the Michelin Tire Plant in Bridgewater, NS, you will be the driving force behind a safe, clean, and smoothly run facility. Working closely with the Custodial Services Manager, you’ll lead a hands‑on cleaning team, oversee daily operations, and keep standards exceptionally high.

This is a permanent, full time position with a Monday to Friday day time schedule.
