Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of leadership experience in a cleaning operation or similar facilities environment.
• Experience supervising custodial, janitorial, grounds, and related services.
• Familiarity with KPI management, contract governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations to meet safety, quality and client expectations.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
• Communicate with clients, document performance and drive continuous improvement.
