Job summary

Mattina Mechanical Limited in Ontario is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to ensure materials, equipment, and fabricated assemblies move efficiently through our shop and projects.

You will inspect deliveries against PO, packing slips, and certifications; coordinate outbound shipments; use ERP systems and MS Office; maintain inventory accuracy; and support cross-border shipments. A forklift certification and 2–4 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, or logistics.
• Forklift operator certification required.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
• Experience with freight coordination, customs documentation, material certifications, or TDG.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of quality control by inspecting deliveries against POs, packing slips, and material certifications.
• Coordinate material movement to keep fabrication on schedule and ensure availability when needed.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, prepare shipping docs, schedule carriers, and manage cross‑border shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems as needed.
• Support shop operations with attention to detail and accountability.
