Job summary

ZEDDYS AUTO SALES in Brampton is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to optimize financing for our sub-prime leads. You will leverage lender relationships and our dealer resources to maximize approvals and speed.

The role supports hybrid work and is contract-based with commission-based earnings, offering high-volume opportunities for the right network. Candidates should have OMVIC license and strong knowledge of Ontario lending rules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager or finance broker in the Ontario automotive space.
• Active relationships with sub-prime auto lenders (bank and non-bank).
• Familiar with submitting deals and lender requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario consumer protection and lending compliance.
• Experience structuring deals to maximize approvals.

Responsibilities

• Take assigned leads and submit through Dealertrack access and lender contacts.
• Structure deals to maximize approval odds within lender credit boxes.
• Communicate deal status and required stips back quickly.
• Work compliantly within OMVIC and Ontario disclosure requirements.

Job description

We have an active pipeline of qualified sub-prime leads ready to be placed with lenders. You'll work our leads using our dealership resources and lender platform access, while bringing your own lender relationships and experience to maximize approvals and turnaround speed. Open to hybrid (in-office/remote mix) or fully contract, commission-based.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager or finance broker in the Ontario automotive space
• Active, established relationships with sub-prime/non-prime auto lenders (bank and non-bank)
• Comfortable working deals from applicant to funded, including structuring for approval
• Valid OMVIC registration/license (or eligible to hold one)
• Familiar with Dealertrack or equivalent finance platforms
• Strong understanding of Ontario consumer protection and lending compliance requirements

• Structure deals to maximize approval odds within lender credit boxes

Compensation

Commission per funded deal - open to discussing structure based on experience and lender network reach. High-volume opportunity for the right person.
