Favorit Motors Canada is seeking a driven Subprime Finance (F&I) Manager to lead subprime financing from application to delivery with a high-velocity, high-reward environment.

You will assess credit profiles, structure deals, present financing options, and maintain accurate CRM/DealerTrack records while ensuring Ontario regulatory compliance and strong lender relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3+ years in subprime automotive finance or F&I.
• Strong knowledge of subprime lenders, deal structuring, and funding processes.
• Ability to analyze and interpret credit reports confidently.
• Experience with DealerTrack and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• OMVIC license (required or willing to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilités
