Responsibilities

• Work with guests to establish or re-establish credit by presenting vehicle options.
• Manage the full sales process from start to finish.
• Recommend/sell after-sales products to guests.
• Utilize dealership systems and CRM tools to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer products, rebates, financing and incentives.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario and Canadian laws and DAG procedures.
