Job summary

Pursuit Collection in Banff, Canada, is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily F&B operations, uphold service standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead a dynamic team, manage schedules, training, and payroll submissions, and ensure profitable outcomes across the outlet.

You will partner with the food and beverage management team to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, while maintaining safety and cost controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with cash control procedures.
• Food & Beverage background.
• Experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
• Thrives in a fast paced and high energy work environment.
• Experience with operating systems, staff development and operational management of large and complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with food and beverage management to ensure high service standards.
• Assist in efficient supervision of outlet staff and lead the team.
• Provide daily oversight of F&B operations, including function and logistics organization, and profitability.
• P/L responsibility for all aspects of the restaurant.
• Assist with recruitment, training, development and retention of staff.
• Assist with planning and execution of functions and payroll submissions.
• Manage ordering, inventory and remittance of invoices.
• Cross-promote Pursuit attractions and divisions.
