Job summary

Canlan Sports' Wild Wing restaurant in Oakville is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, lead all staff, ensure efficient food service, preparation and presentation, and deliver guest experiences that exceed expectations. Rate of Pay: $20.85 - $21.90 per hour.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of food & beverage experience, strong leadership, and experience handling payments via Sky Tab; Smart Serve and Serving It Right are required, with Food Safe

Qualifications

• Smart Serve and Serving It Right certifications required.
• Food Safe certification preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing procedures and shift operations.
• Manage cash, inventories, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Promote and upsell menu items and promotions.
• Receive deliveries and ensure proper storage and safety.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house team shifts as needed.
• Handle payments and gratuities via Sky Tab system.
