Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Safe Certification or equivalent is required.
• Previous food preparation experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and menu items.
• Apply knowledge of menu items to ensure quality and consistency.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned by shift.
• Ensure safe, sanitary, and secure storage of products and proper receiving of deliveries.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a passionate cook for our Wild Wing restaurant. In this role you will plate and present food service in a prompt, courteous and accurate manner in accordance with standardized recipes that exceed guest’s expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Food preparation in keeping with standardized recipes including the following
• Apply developed knowledge of menu items
• Ensure opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent)
• Ensure safe, sanitary and secure storage of products and receive delivery when required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Food Safe Certified (or equivalent) required
• Previous food preparation experiences an asset
• Positive and team orientated attitude
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends)
