Job summary

Canlan Sports is seeking a friendly server for our Wild Wing restaurant in New Brunswick. You will deliver prompt, courteous food and beverage service, promoting menus and promotions while maintaining tables and POS accuracy.

The role requires Smart Serve/Serving It Right and prior food and beverage experience is preferred. You should be outgoing, able to work evenings and weekends, and comfortable handling payments with Sky Tab.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve, Serving It Right, (or equivalent) required.
• Outgoing, positive and team orientated.
• Experience handling payments and gratuities via a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge of beverages.
• Apply developed knowledge of tableware and bar equipment.
• Maintain, set and clear tables as required.
• Handle payments and gratuities, make change, and process voids through Sky Tab System accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of and actively promote menu, beverages and current promotions.
• Receive product delivery and ensure safe, sanitary and secure storage when required.
• Ensure all opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent).

Rate of Pay: $17.60/ hour

We are currently looking for outgoing, passionate and team-oriented servers for our Wild Wing restaurant. In this role you will provide prompt, courteous and accurate food and beverage service in order to exceed guest expectations.
