FYidoctors, Sechelt - Sunshine Coast, is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced eye-care clinic. This full-time role, based on the Sunshine Coast, offers 30-40 hours weekly and on-site work Monday through Friday.

You will greet patients, handle check-in/out, perform pre-testing, coordinate appointments, manage billing, and assist with eyewear repairs. A collaborative, patient-first environment supports growth and development.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; manage check-out; engage by phone/email.
• Perform pre-testing to support eye care.
• Coordinate appointments and manage billing.
• Handle eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs.
• Deliver exceptional patient service and experience.
• Support clinic operations as needed.
