FYidoctors, Sechelt - Sunshine Coast, is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced eye-care clinic. This full-time role, based on the Sunshine Coast, offers 30-40 hours weekly and on-site work Monday through Friday.

You will greet patients, handle check-in/out, perform pre-testing, coordinate appointments, manage billing, and assist with eyewear repairs. A collaborative, patient-first environment supports growth and development.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.

Description

Our FYidoctors Sechelt - Sunshine Coast clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a full-time role until August 31st, 2027, working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is located on the Sunshine Coast, we are open Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required
