FYidoctors Campus - UBC clinic in Vancouver seeks a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service, greet patients, assist with check-in/out and support eye care teams. This fixed-term role offers 30-40 hours per week in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage check-in/out and engage via in person, phone, and email.
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care.
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments.
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required.
