JOB DESCRIPTION

The General Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general external grounds maintenance, snow removal, and salting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clear snow from entrances and apply salt to walkways.
• Empty exterior garbage cans and ashtrays.
• Pick up litter and debris from parking areas, exterior break areas, and lawn spaces.
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• This position requires a high level of physical exertion.
• Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required.

Shift is 4am to 10am Monday to Friday, location 3185 American Drive, Mississauga.

Compensation: $17.40 per hour.
