Job summary

Helm Inc. in Western Canada is actively hiring to support Stellantis dealership service departments across the United States & Canada.

Based in Calgary/Edmonton, you will implement Express Lane service programs and train dealership personnel to improve service efficiency and profitability. You will develop training materials, deliver on-site training, and coach staff while traveling up to 80% to cover assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Develop training presentations and deliver on-site dealership training of express lane processes and services.
• Install both basic and advanced express lane processes and services.
• Coach and counsel dealership personnel.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and scheduling skills to manage time and training effectively.
• Collaborate with dealership management to improve express lane performance and profitability.
• Assist dealers with improving LOF and MPI, and track progress across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and conduct on-site training at dealership service departments.
• Implement basic and advanced express lane processes across multiple locations.
• Coach dealership staff and monitor training outcomes.
• Schedule and coordinate training across a wide geographic area.
• Collaborate with dealership decision-makers to drive service profitability.
• Monitor LOF and MPI improvements and report metrics.
