Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :*** Understand the technological components and architecture of the solution in order to produce the technical detailed design deliverables;* Design the implementation of the processes to be automated in the business process management tool;* Define the path and sequence of events in integration solutions between applications;* Determine common elements between system interfaces and application components in order to maximize code reuse;* Create the conditions, scenarios, and scripts needed for unit testing;* Participate in the transition of designs to the development teams and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the deliverables;* Collaborate in the definition and review of technical requirements related to security, integration, performance and quality;* Contribute to an AI-assisted design mode by specifying needs, critically revising the deliverables produced and ensuring their quality;* Develop and maintain REST APIs;* Migrate existing applications to newer technologies;* Adopt DevSecOps practices in software development;* Analyze change requests, evaluate impacts and recommend appropriate solutions;* Provide support for application operations and maintenance;* Document platforms and detail technical specifications;* Produce, document and validate test cases associated with the solutions developed;* Participate in integration trials and support their implementation;* Perform code review and contribute to the documentation of existing and new applications;* Validate tests and implementation phases to ensure the quality of modified systems;* Contribute to the evolution of development practices within hybrid teams composed of human resources and artificial intelligence agents. **The profile we are looking for is as follows:*** Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in application development using REST APIs;* Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalent work experience;* Be proficient in Java 17 or higher, Spring Boot 3 and Git;* Know DevOps practices as well as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness, and Docker tools;* Knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes environments;* Routinely use artificial intelligence agents to accelerate design, development, and testing while exercising critical judgment on product deliverables;* Understand the principles of service-oriented architecture and REST API development;* Demonstrate a strong interest in continuous learning and the evolution of technological practices;* Be familiar with Decision Modeler Platform or Blaze Advisor (an important asset).Apply
