Intuit is seeking a Tax Expert to help our customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products in a virtual, customer-facing role. You will provide tax guidance, review personal returns, and manage product inquiries while delivering accurate, understandable responses.

The role requires at least 2 years of paid tax preparation experience, bilingual English/French skills, and a flexible schedule of at least 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Must provide CRA RepID to use CRA Represent a Client service.
• Experience using professional tax software for personal tax returns including complex elements.
• Willing to help clients navigate tax complexities and enhance the Intuit brand.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact via video/audio tools.
• Flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
