As a Tax Expert, you will assist customers in completing tax returns using TurboTax, providing guidance in English and French, and handling complex tax scenarios in a remote, virtual setting.

You will use professional tax software, government resources, and team expertise, while delivering excellent customer service across flexible hours (minimum 20 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file personal tax returns, including complex elements.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products and provide tax guidance.
• Review personal tax returns and manage product inquiries to ensure accurate records.
• Interact with customers via video/audio tools in a virtual, remote setting.
