Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide CRA RepID for Represent a Client service upon onboarding.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file personal returns, including complex elements.
• Strong customer service skills with professional, friendly, confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their tax returns using Intuit TurboTax products; provide guidance and review personal returns for customers doing their own filing.
• Use government websites and resources to find accurate answers in easy-to-understand terms.
• Maintain records by documenting interactions in our video-enabled communication tools.
