Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience.

• Familiarity with brokerage and account types (cash, RRSP, TFSA).
• Ability to produce high-quality functional documentation.
• Autonomy to search consoles and logs (Splunk, Datadog).
• Experience in test case design and user support.
• Knowledge of RESTful services (JSON) and APIs.
• Proficient in SQL for querying databases.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and priority management.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities

Qualifications and experience

• Hold a university degree in a relevant field and more than 10 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and technical analysis in the delivery of large-scale projects
• Have experience in the banking industry
• Know brokerage and different account types, including cash, RRSP and TFSA accounts
• Master the production of quality functional documentation
• Demonstrate autonomy to search consoles and application logs, including Splunk and Datadog
• Experience in test case design and user support
• Know RESTful services (JSON) and APIs
• Be proficient in SQL to query a database
• Develop strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and effective priority management
• Have experience in an Agile environment including Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
• Use Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence
• Demonstrate experience or a strong interest in the development of the ORION trading platform (an asset).
