Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. is seeking an Experience & Presentation Specialist to lead MLSE’s activation crew and shape fan experiences across our venues. You will design programming, script shows and build runs of show for a wide calendar of events.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, manage assets and deliver engaging experiences in hockey, basketball, football and soccer contexts. Strong leadership, event marketing and AV knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Post-Secondary education or a certificate/diploma in event management or marketing.
• 3+ years’ experience in event management, experiential marketing and team leadership with a focus on live event presentation, show calling and operational planning & execution.
• Proficiency in office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, hire, train and lead MLSE’s hourly Activation Crew (brand ambassadors), providing guidance and direction that ensures effective activations and events.
• Event Programming and Presentation: Ideate, develop and execute activations, experiences and event presentation elements, including scripting, show-calling and runs of show.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to curate content for event presentations including graphics and multimedia elements.
• Coordination & Execution: Oversee setup, rehearsal and execution of presentation elements during events with smooth technical and logistical management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with event operations, strategy and growth teams, clients and other stakeholders to meet activation objectives.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to source equipment and services, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Review presentation materials and setups to ensure high-quality standards and adjust as needed.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback, analyze metrics and recommend improvements for future experiences.
