Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) seeks a Premium & VIP Experiences Intern to join the Premium & VIP Experiences team, gaining exposure to exclusive hospitality programs, premium spaces, experiences and commercial initiatives.

The successful candidate will work across MLSE’s teams, venues and live entertainment portfolio, learning VIP hospitality, premium concepts and global best practices, and helping bring new ideas to life while supporting select events.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a university or college degree, diploma or certificate program in business, sport management, hospitality, events, marketing, communications or related field.
Demonstrates passion for sports, entertainment, hospitality and creating exceptional experiences.
Curious and forward-thinking with interest in premium experiences and trends.
Proactive with initiative and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interact with senior leaders and VIP guests.
Collaborative team player with cross-team collaboration ability.
Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of Premium & VIP experiences across MLSE teams and events.
Collaborate with VIP portfolio on initiatives to elevate experiences for valued members and guests.
Contribute to commercial initiatives and develop new premium concepts and experiences.
Research global trends and best practices in sports, entertainment, hospitality and luxury sectors.
Assist with development of premium spaces, membership programs, benefits and services.
Coordinate with teams across the organization to realize premium experiences at events.
Assist with VIP member servicing, delivering personalized support and attention to detail.
Support premium seating and in-venue experiences on event days.
Help maintain VIP membership data, reporting and program insights.
Support research, presentations and business cases for future opportunities.
