Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) seeks a 50|50 Staff Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop our part-time event staff, delivering a top-tier fan experience while maximizing revenue at live events in Toronto. You will manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance across the 50|50 Ambassadors and Team Leads.

Demonstrated leadership, coaching ability, and strong communication are essential; experience in sales or event operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising frontline teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage staffing across a high-volume event calendar.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and create an engaging, performance-driven culture.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence delivering feedback and resolving employee concerns.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, live event environment under pressure.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or event operations is an asset.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead 50|50 Ambassador performance management with coaching and training.
• Own workforce planning by assessing roster capacity and recruitment needs.
• Coordinate staffing plans with operations to ensure coverage for events.
• Co-supervise Team Leads and drive on-site program standards.
• Plan team-building and recognition programs to reinforce MLSE values.
