Job summary

Steele Auto Group in Halifax is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Representative to join our Used Car team. You will build relationships, work leads, follow up relentlessly, and close the deal.

This role offers unlimited earnings with potential to reach $100,000+ annually, plus a guaranteed $682.69 weekly base for the first year. You’ll benefit from a dedicated used car operation and a supportive team.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced automotive salesperson who:

• Has proven success selling vehicles, preferably in a dealership environment
• Understands the used vehicle sales process from lead to delivery
• Knows how to prospect, follow up and build a strong customer pipeline
• Is confident negotiating and closing deals
• Understands the importance of CSI and delivering an exceptional customer experienceIs comfortable working with digital leads, phone calls, internet inquiries and showroom customers
• Takes ownership of their results and doesn't need to be chased
• Is competitive, motivated and hungry to succeed
• Builds genuine relationships and earns repeat and referral business
• Holds a valid driver's licence
