Casino Vancouver LP in the Metro Vancouver region seeks a Table Games Dealer who will provide dealing services, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and compliance with policies. Under supervision of Gaming Manager, Table Games, duties include handling bets, maintaining table security, interacting with guests, and coordinating with departments to support smooth operations.

Requires Serving It Right and Gaming Worker License eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event‑driven schedules.
• Possesses valid Serving It Right certification.
• Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming Worker License.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the security of the table and its float.
• Controls the table in the correct order of play; closes bets at the appropriate time.
• Refers disputes, irregularities or suspicious activities to the Manager.
• Verifies chip refills and credits.
• Tidies workstation and pit area.
• Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
• Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members.
• Complies with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed.
