Job summary

River Cree Resort & Casino in Canada is seeking a Dealer to execute table games with accuracy and guest-focused service. You will deal Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Craps, and Baccarat following AGLC rules and casino policies, delivering a superior gaming experience.

This role requires quick math, concentration in a busy environment, and the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Overview

The Dealer is critical to the success of the River Cree Resort & Casino. The primary purpose of the Dealer is to execute table games such as Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Craps, and Baccarat with an outstanding level of gaming skill. A dealer has the most interaction with guests and will always deliver Superior customer service to enhance the gaming experience.

The Dealer will deal their games in accordance with AGLC rules and River Cree Table Games department policies and procedures. The dealer must understand and comply with all service, quality and safety standards set forth by the River Cree Resort and Casino.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the guest is being provided with superior customer service

The Dealer’s schedule may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays. River Cree resort and casino has a smoking environment. Associates maybe required to work in that environment.
