The Casino Dealer conducts card games at their table, ensuring smooth play and compliance with rules while contributing to guest entertainment. Speed and accuracy are essential in a fast-paced environment. A paid Poker class is provided before you begin to help ensure your success.

Applicants should be 18+, fluent in English, and able to work day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts. Physical stamina for long shifts and a professional demeanor are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the conduct and control of the games smoothly and legally
• Conduct the game according to AGLC terms and conditions as well as company policy
• Sell chips to guests for cash only, deposit cash in drop box provided at the table
• Physically capable to work shifts, handle repetitive motions and stand for long periods of time
• Maintain a professional demeanour at all times when in the casino, whether on shift or not
• Realize that they represent the company even when not on company property.
• Maintain a positive attitude at work

The Casino Dealer works out of the Games department. They are responsible for the conduct of the card game at their table and adding to the entertainment and enjoyment of customers. Working on a tight time frame, speed and accuracy is an intricate part of this position. Prior to beginning, you will be offered a paid Poker class to ensure your success.

Work Conditions

• Must be able to sit or stand for up to 1 hour at a time while remaining alert and attentive
