Qualifications

• Speak German (at least at an intermediate level).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimal or No Related Experience.

Responsibilities

• Help produce promotional materials.
• Communicate with guests/partners on very specific tasks delegated by the supervisor.
• Transport the posters to and from McGill.
• Hang up and take down posters.
• Organize refreshments and other small tasks for the reception.
• Other light tasks.
