McGill University is seeking a student housing and hospitality services assistant to greet visitors, provide information on university activities and administrative services, and assist with forms and inquiries. You will handle phone and email inquiries, support check-in/out, and help with reservations while delivering excellent customer service.
Temporary position from September 13, 2026 to May 29, 2027, with day, evening, night and weekend shifts across several on-campus locations.

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, greets visitors and student clientele. Provides information concerning university activities and administrative services. Answers the telephone, processes mail, and photocopies, assembles, and files documents.
Ability to work part of a team. Able to multitask. Excellent customer service.
Temporary job, from September 13, 2026 to May 29, 2027. Day, evening, night and/or weekend schedules from Sunday to Saturday. Locations are: La Citadelle, Carrefour Sherbrooke, Royal Victoria College, Bishop Mountain Hall, New Residence Hall, Solin Hall buildings in SHHS.
