Job summary

NordSpace is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Markham, Ontario to lead end-to-end recruiting and partner with leaders to attract top technical talent. You will own workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and offers, while building a strong outbound pipeline and optimizing our ATS.

You will drive a data-driven approach, collaborate with leadership on employer branding, and support campus recruiting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech/engineering.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and recruiting technical talent (aerospace, defence, hardware, or deep tech a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute NordSpace's talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding handoff.
• Build outbound pipelines and map the market; maintain strong candidate experiences.
• Optimize ATS usage and recruiting processes; report key metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with leaders on employer branding, campus recruiting, and vendor management.
