Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations across spa, change rooms, treatment rooms, lounges, and guest facilities. You will develop a high-performing team, ensure cleanliness, safety, and top-tier presentation throughout the facility, and support an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a spa, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Proven track record in managing multi outlet food locations.
• Strong financial acumen and team development skills.
• Passion for wellness, guest experience, and creating memorable environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire housekeeping, laundry, and public area teams.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and discipline when necessary.
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts for housekeeping operations.
• Monitor labour costs, supply costs, linen utilization, and departmental productivity.
