Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright Canada is seeking a hospitality-focused Catering Attendant to join the Office Services team in Toronto. You will deliver first-class hospitality, coordinate catering and conference centre services, and support high-profile meetings and firm events in a fast-paced, professional environment. Primary hours are typically 8:00 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with potential variation. The role requires a proactive, discretion-minded approach and a strong commitment to service

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Strong communication and professional presence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional ambassador, delivering a warm, polished experience to clients, visitors and staff.
• Coordinate catering, conference centre services and meeting support for meetings and events.
• Maintain clean, organized hospitality spaces and ensure readiness of boardrooms and lounges.
• Assist with event logistics, room setups and administrative tasks related to hospitality operations.
