Job summary

Confidential is seeking a People & Culture Lead to take ownership of a broad, hands-on HR function in a lean, operational environment. You will oversee employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and policy development, while coaching managers and supporting both office and frontline teams.

The ideal candidate has built or improved HR programs, demonstrated progressive HR responsibilities, and holds a university degree.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR in lean or standalone environments.
• Hands-on HR professional who has managed wide HR scope across office and frontline teams.
• Proven ability to build or improve HR programs (onboarding, PM, training, policies).
• Strong manager coaching and employee relations experience in operational settings.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the people & culture function, aligning with business growth.
• Coach managers and support employee relations across the organization.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, policies and day-to-day HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR programs, processes and engagement initiatives.
